보라카이의 하루는 새벽 바다에서 시작된다.
어둠과 빛이 교차하는 찰나, 조용히 앉아 바다를 바라본다.
누구와 약속하지 않아도 좋고, 누구를 기다리지 않아도 좋다.
아침 해가 완전히 떠오르기 전, 텅 빈 백사장을 걷는다.
하늘은 점점 푸르러지고, 바다는 잔잔하다.
수평선 위로 떠오르는 마음, 오늘 하루도 잘 살아보자고 스스로 다짐한다.
운동을 마치고 돌아오면, 준비된 나만의 한 끼.
색색의 채소와 노른자가 예쁜 달걀, 그리고 조용한 음악.
먹고 싶을 때 먹고, 먹기 싫을 땐 안 먹는 자유.
그게 지금 나의 가장 큰 사치이자 행복이다.
하루 한 끼, 맑은 공기, 고요한 바다.
혼자라는 말엔 외로움보다 평화가 더 많이 담겨 있다.
오늘도 고맙다, 이 순간.

Before the island wakes up, I found myself under the palms, greeted by the soft whisper of the waves and the quiet glow of dawn.
“I ❤️ BORACAY” — it’s not just a sign, it’s a feeling that grows every time the sun rises.
A girl swinging between two coconut trees, facing the golden sea — it’s the kind of moment that makes you believe time can pause.
That one cloud, like a blooming flower of light. And the sun — quietly claiming the sky. Boracay mornings are pure poetry.
A tripod, a table, and a dream: to capture a sunrise that feels like a secret shared between the sky and the sea.
Later that day, I climbed to a viewpoint and looked down at the island, still wrapped in its green arms.
Even as the island evolves, its beauty stays timeless from above.
Willy’s Rock, standing proud as always. Locals and tourists alike gather here, like pilgrims of sunshine and sea foam.
A little architect and his rubber ducky friends — the simplest joys are always the best ones.
White Beach, alive with laughter and footprints — each one a new memory being made.
And finally, a quiet moment at Sunny Side Café — sipping coffee as the waves roll in. Perfect ending to a perfect Boracay day.
One meal a day, but always the best.
I began my morning at Henann Crystal Sands with a refreshing plate of salad—crispy bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of creamy dressing. Simple yet satisfying, the perfect fuel before a day in Boracay.
Next came a mix of flavors: grilled fish topped with onions and soy dressing, sweet glazed chicken, crispy pork with creamy sauce, garlic fried rice, and a light shrimp and cucumber salad. Every bite added warmth and strength to start the day right.
To finish, I enjoyed a colorful plate of tropical fruits—juicy orange slices, soft papaya strips, tangy pineapple chunks, and refreshing watermelon wedges. The perfect balance of sweetness and hydration.
I follow a one-meal-a-day routine, so I make sure every plate is filled with both nourishment and joy. Good food, beautiful views, and a mindful approach—that’s my Boracay lifestyle.
