This morning, I stood in front of the iconic “I ♥ BORACAY” sign.

Just as the sun began to rise from the horizon, it aligned perfectly within the heart.
It looked like the universe was gently whispering:
“This moment is enough.”

And yet, here I am—
A fragile human who doesn’t even know how today will unfold,
Already worrying about tomorrow.

We often forget that today is all we truly have.
Not yesterday, not tomorrow—just now.

But our minds, trained by habit and fear, keep leaping ahead into the unknown,
Trying to control what hasn’t even happened yet.

Maybe the real lesson is this:
- Watch the sunrise.
- Drink your coffee slowly.
- Smile at strangers.
- Feel the sand between your toes.
- Let your heart hold the sun—just for a while.
Because worrying won’t change the future.
But presence might just save the present.
Be happy today
